Breast cancer does not define me! I was diagnosed 12/3/2019 with stage 2 HER2+ Er/Pr ( weakly positive). The diagnosed was surely upsetting. I am a board certified podiatrist in private practice and had the benefit of having my colleagues as my all female medical team.
I had 6 cycles of TCHP ( taxol, carboplatin, herceptin and perjeta) chemotherapy, a lumpectomy with fat graft 5/18/20 and 21 sessions of radiation. I have been on IV hormonal therapy until 12/4/20.
As a result, I'm passionate to empower my sisters and brothers via social medium platform by providing informative content.
I interview people for have products or services for people affected by cancer, their caregivers and those who support us from medical professionals to fashion to skin care.
